THE STORY SO FAR...

First established in 2012 the Vision of The Lighthouse UK was to Represent Sanctuary, Provide Discipleship and to be a House of Prayer.

The Vision:

Reaching the Lost

Discipling the Found

Serving the Risen King

In 2017 we were invited to lead a Church, and on the 1st of January 2018 we launched The Lighthouse Church (IoW). 

After 7 years God was calling us back to the Mainland to build further Lighthouse's as the Holy Spirit leads.

We are Pentecostal by Tradition, holding The Word of God and The Holy Spirit in tension with each other, in equal measure. We not only celebrate the Fruit of the Spirit but actively encourage the use of the Gifts of the Spirit as Jesus comanded:

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:15-18 esv
